Terrell Avery grew up in a small town in the heart of Alabama. A lot of the men that played a
part in his childhood were big on faith, and worked with their hands. He was very passionate about these things. He learned at an early age that a man was supposed to provide and be the anchor (so to speak) of the family.  The men that showed him these traits had beards, so to him it fit right into the mold of what a man should be. Later on in life he too would become that anchor.

He decided to grow a bread of his own, a little bit after he went bald “I had to grow some hairsomewhere right? (I held on long as I could
too lol.) He noticed that although his beard was growing in nicely, after only a few hours into the day it would be so dry, itchy, and kind of uncomfortable. He found himself reaching for just about anything to scratch his face for relief.

He began his search for a product that would double as a great moisturizer for the hair and skin. None of them worked as expected. Not even the $35 boutique beard oils proved to be a solution to his problem. The combination of bad scents, super thick consistencies, and high price tags weren’t  what he was looking for.

He decided it was time to do some research and came to the conclusion; "I gotta make my own stuff to use!". He gathered some natural ingredients and began to play around with recipes. Before he knew it he realized; “I’m onto something!”. But he had no idea that his beard care journey was just beginning. 

After some trial and error he finally perfected a base formula using premium and all-natural fixed oils that worked great for his beard and skin. It left both feeling well hydrated and nourished. He also got some compliments from his wife which is always a plus. Next, he started to give out samples, and the reviews were great! Everyone who tried it encouraged Terrell to produce and sell his original scented beard oil.
